BMK SPOTLIGHT — BMK Managing Partner Stuart M. Brown led another successful meeting of the NJ M&A Forum earlier this month, bringing together key professionals in accounting, finance, law, and M&A.

Recognizing a need, Brown started the multi-discipline NJ M&A Forum three years ago to create an effective means of sharing non-proprietary deal information in real time, and to discuss forward looking trends and other key topics of interest about the merger and acquisition middle marketplace.  This month the members of the NJ M&A Forum invited their mentees to join them, sparking a vigorous discussion on the value of the mentor-mentee relationship.
