Summit, New Jersey August 2021 – Anthony M. Gruppuso has joined the litigation team as a partner at New Jersey business law firm Brown Moskowitz & Kallen, P.C. Mr. Gruppuso will focus on dispute resolution and litigation for a clientele that includes professional services firms, trustees, medical practices, limited liability company members, manufacturers and distributors, and high net worth individuals.
Prior to joining Brown Moskowitz & Kallen, Mr. Gruppuso spent more than two decades as a civil litigator before the state and federal courts, both for large law firms as well as his own private practice. He has represented an array of clients in various high-profile, high-stakes cases. He was among the senior attorneys representing the SIPA trustee for the estate of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC in an adversary proceeding to avoid transfers and recover approximately $825 million from two foreign feeder funds. He also represented one of New Jersey’s largest real estate developers in arbitration proceedings at which ownership of more than 100 commercial and residential properties was resolved.

Anthony Gruppuso earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. He also holds a B.A. degree in communications from Seton Hall University.
