EMILIO J. LAMANNA
Emilio Lamanna is engaged in a diverse practice, offering counsel related to business formation, organization, and capitalization, as well as with respect to certain litigation matters. His client base is broad, and he represents clients of varying sizes in a number of industries.
In the BMK corporate business practice group, Emilio is involved in client matters that encompass every stage of the business life cycle. He has been engaged in structuring partnerships and joint ventures, assisting in the resolution of shareholder issues, and with the preparation of documentation related to mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining BMK, Emilio attended Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, with Concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurships. After Fordham, he worked for his family’s trucking and construction material business, where he learned hands-on the necessity and value of competent, practical legal representation for small businesses. He graduated from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 2017, and he is admitted to practice in both the New Jersey and New York.
