Mr. Gartenberg is a business lawyer who advises and represents a multitude of businesses and their owners and managers in a wide-range of matters, including entity formation; preparation of partnership, operating and shareholder agreements; negotiating and documenting transactions including sales, acquisitions and reorganizations; negotiation and preparation of agreements concerning commercial real estate and lease transactions; preparation of employment and independent contractor agreements; and resolution of partnership and contract disputes, including business dissolutions. Prior to practicing law, Barry owned and managed a substantial metal trading business.
