DAVID H. FLANZER
David Flanzer is a May 2016 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During law school, David was accepted to Cardozo’s Indie Film Clinic, where he provided counsel to independent filmmakers on diverse issues including corporate structuring, IP risk management, and negotiating distribution and sales agreements. David also clerked in the legal departments of a music distribution services and licensing company and a major performance rights organization, and he served as an intern for the Hon. Hannah Cohen in Kings County Housing Court. David was a member of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. His Note, A World Class Solution: How Implementing Class Action Lawsuits in Spain Could Help Remedy the Spanish Housing Crisis, was published in Spring 2016.
